I provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, stress, depression and mood support, trauma-informed care, managing negative self-talk, learning coping skills, grief, life transitions, and adjustment.

My goal is to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes that improve your emotional well-being and everyday life.

I commonly help clients navigate depression, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, panic attacks, grief and loss, relationship concerns, women's issues, neurodevelopmental disorders, family conflict, PTSD, and life transitions, always tailoring treatment to your individual needs.
